We offer free standard delivery, with an estimated arrival time of 3–8 business days.

For those who prefer a faster service, we also provide an express delivery option, with delivery in 2–5 business days for a fee of £5.

Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, reflecting the quality and elegance you expect from us.

At Lena Elegance, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@lenaelegance.com with your order number.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that sale items and certain categories such as underwear are non-refundable.
